Malaysians Down Under: Christmas Day

At my thinking corner, contemplating activities of the day.
First stop: Lunch at Aunty S's home in Matraville.
The buffet spread: from left, oxtail soup, asam pedas beef, chicken rendang, squid sambal, prawn rendang (not in pix).
Makan time! Aunty S made a delightful multicoloured rice to accompany the dishes.
Charlie's Angels or Three Musketeers? These girls were very helpful in the kitchen.
The dessert spread. Hmm.. is that choc cake also my birthday cake?
Self service coffee and tea corner.
Next stop: Dinner at Aunty T's home at Breakfast Point. There she was greeting us at the entrance of her apartment block.
Classic style Christmas tree greeted us at the lobby.
Mama, could we move in with Aunty T? I can live with this view everyday.
Am imagining myself hosting a birthday party on that yacht.
"Angelina, why don't you help me in the kitchen instead," said Aunty T.
Yee Sang on Christmas? Yeap. Oh....or is this Chinese New Year?
OK everyone...toss and mix the Yee Sang for prosperity.
Dining and chatting on the balcony? Why not?
These two uncles share the same surname and initials. Both are Uncle W.
Some guests ate in the kitchen...eagerly waiting for Aunty T to heat the beef rendang and chicken curry.
Ok....say whoopee! All smiles on a happy occasion.
Hmmm....Aunty T must have spent hours putting the decoration on this tree. har har har...purrrfect for curious cats.
It was late by the time we got home. It's OK....Boxing Day is for sleeping.... purrr....meow!

Boxing Day is for sleeping ? I thought Boxing Day is when you put on your boxing gloves and punch some random people. :)

Your Royal Monyetness,
I think you mistook me for a kangaroo. I don't need to pun boxing gloves and punch anyone. I have claws, remember? purrrr.....meow!

Alahai .. gambar sungai tu mengingatkan Ayoh Wang kepada Pulau Duyong, Kuala TerangGanu dan juga Kuala Dungun..
Musim musim begini elok juga CiS kawal nafsu makan.. kalau tidak nanti CiS jadi terlalu montel..

Aunty Pi,
Aunty T warned me, if I touch her tree, she won't babysit me. So, I behaved. purrr.....meow!

A Christmas Yee Sang! I think it was especially for you, dear Angelina! I like it that you didn't wreck the Christmas tree. Nicole and Glyn's Mama Cat knocked over the tree, took off all the baubles and broke a snow globe. And she looks sooooo innocent with her worried, wide-eyed expression! Naughty mummy cat!
