Aunty CS, You are indeed wrong. There have been many cases of kitties having had to undergo surgery to remove tulang lekat di tekak. You can feed your kitties fish or chicken with bones, but they must be raw. Raw chicken wings are good for kitties' dental health but dangerous bones when it's cooked. To be save, just don't give them anything with bones. Nanti tercekik susah. purrr...meow!
Cat, The warning was good for the days where a fish goes to feed the whole family. As the custom goes, normally the male relatives were honoured to the hidangan first to be followed by the ladies. So the other half was meant for them ladies. It's a suttle way of 'ingat orang belakang' and not for them to end 'menjilat jari' (not the KFC kind).
