When CatMamas Meet

What happens when my Mama meets Dung Dung's Mama? Tante Sandy, who blogs here, is in town for her brother's wedding. It's complicated....she lives in Jakarta, Indonesia with Uncle Erwin and Dung Dung while her brother (and his bride) live in Geraldton, Western Australia. Meanwhile, their parents (Tante Sandy and her brother's) as well as the bride's family live here in Malaysia. Thus, the wedding receptions (four ceremonies in total) are all held here.

We've known Tante Sandy for a couple of years, through the blogosphere of course... so of course we were thrilled when she said she was coming to town. The first interface was just between the catmamas...you know....get to know each other first and bitch about the masters felines. Hmmm.....terrible women!

They had a sumptuous lunch of steamboat....plenty of fish and seafood. Yeah...more for the peeps since the felines were not there.
Then, my Mama had to show off our favourite store in town....plus some souvenirs and catnips for Dung Dung...
Oh yeah....the virtues needed for the staff.
That's me in the middle....hic!
Brad's note: You're pretty, Tante Sandy. mwah mwah mwah!!! Ohh...they also visited Ikea (coz there's none in Indonesia). har har har *evil laughs*

How nice! The CatMamas meet first. Then maybe they would jointly organize 'something'. Then all the important 'gotchas' would rally around and meet. That would be fun. Wonder what's cooking! Keep us posted ok?

I don't think that last pix - with you in the middle - did you justice at all! You're much cuter than that!

Her face is so very familiar, very much liked a lady who used to work as a secretary in Kl. But she has coonnections in Canada, not Australia. Hope you are not being solicited to go down under again.

What fun! I love it when cat people meet. Tante Sandy is not only pretty, she also looks very kind! Am glad the humans managed to enjoy their food without you cats "tasting" everything with your paws.
