Ear Candy at QVM

The Queen Victoria Market is not all about retail therapy or groceries. Sometimes, you can feast your eyes and ears too. What's better than the sight of four hunks (eye candies) producing beautiful music (ear candies)? And they don't mind a cat, a very cute one at that, documenting them on video. Check them out at www.larumba.com.au.

Wish I had castanets with me.....aarrrgh....purrr....meow!

I think I would rather visit pasar malam. Can get everything - even stray cats licking your slippers ( shoes are too formal!)

Har..har..har..(to copy a certain feline). I suppose the music is kind of interesting, but i kept hearing "Fatima..fatima.."

Btw, I remember reading yr mama's entry once, about this recipe of something salad?? using daun kaduk and fish?? I have been wanting to try that..if I get the daun kaduk that is.

If your mama remember the recipe, maybe she could direct me to the entry again purrlease :))

Dear Pakcik,
Beware of stray cats....they could be members of my cat patrol. har har har *evil laughs*

Mother of Ilham,
If you're talking of daun kaduk and fish, that's definitely not "something something salad." That's d recipe for otak-otak. You can search d archive, look for "Power Protein for Yummy Mummy." If you can't get daun kaduk, I suppose you can substitute with basil. purrrr....meow!
