Remember Pingu? The boycat who fell from his momma's balcony? Well, he and his mate Ginger are now in our home!!!
Next Monday is the official Queen's birthday so we get a long weekend. The boys' parents decided to go camping in Port Macquarie, a coastal town about 90-minute drive from Sydney. The place they'll be staying in happens to be pet unfriendly. Mama offered to babysit. (I think she has ulterior motives! Remember her plans vis-a-vis Christchurch?)
Anyway, Uncle Is, Aunty If, Akim and Kakak came around 8pm to deliver the boys. Mama has prepared their toilet, snacks and water. At the moment, they don't seem to be at ease yet. After all, this is my turf!!
Considering how they treated me when I was in their home...hmmm...they'd better watch out. Brad? He's already sharpening his claws...heehee...the great bully is ever ready to see some action. Watch out for flying fur soon...
Mama doesn't have a clue of what she's got herself into...purr....purrr....
Pingu's been hiding under the shelves in the kitchen...he seems grumpy!
Ginger hiding behind Mama's vacuum cleaner... He reckons we can't find him?

awww poor babies, they must be so scared.. maybe you could keep them in a separate room till they got used of the smells, hehe when you haves your own little world it is scary going into someone elses turf ;)
Babies they're not! Pingu and Ginger are huge....twice Brad's size each! No worries dear, they are OK now. Pingu has even jumped and slept on Mama's bed...much to Brad's annoyance. Ginger is still jittery, gingerly stepping out of his hiding place.
wow, they sound super cuddly! Huge kitties are cool:)
And that is extra nice to hear that Pingu jumped up on the bed already :))
Pingu is so heavy that my Mama can't even lift the doona! He's too comfortable....hehehehe.....meow...
