Magnum Moment

I'm still upset about Socceroos' trashing by Germany. Thank goodness I have a Dad who understands me. He comforts me and soothes my hurt by pandering to my cravings for....Magnum.... not just any ordinary flavour but the latest craze - Magnum Gold.

I love you. I love you. I love you, Dad.

Here we are - father and son having a Magnum moment. Eat your heart out, Angelina.

Talking about Angelina, she's very serious about this hibernation business.

Here she is all comfy and tucked in her favourite bed. Notice the "tahi mata"? Eeuuwww....

I don't bother waking her up, even at meal times. More for me. har har har *evil laughs*

Now Angelina thinks she's a bear, izzit?

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Aunty Pi,
Correcto! Polar bear, grizzly bear, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Winnie the Pooh....they're all her brethren now. har har har *evil laughs*

TK Sensei,
Am I the football playing cat or not? So, one stick of Magnum won't hurt me at all. har har har *evil laughs*

As a true blue Asian, it would still be a consolation that the Winter Sonata and the Mount Fuji win kan? Meowww!!

Did I see this right? Angelina sleeping eventho' there's Magnum around? Brad, how sure are you that she has not already has had her fill of Magnum(s) while you were busy blogging/ posting comments/ preening yourself in the mirror?

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Aunty Yatt,
I'm having Winter Blues because of the Socceroos. What consolation are you talking about? har har har *evil laughs*

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Andrea dear,
Har har har.... for the record, Magnum is also not her "thing". Ask Dad. While she's hibernating, am free to do whatever I like. har har har *evil laughs*

CiS dear,
I read today that chocolate can poison a dog.. I am not sure what chocolate or icecream do to a cat..
Ha..just watched Brazil 2 -PRK 1
Stay safe..
Salam from Ayah Wan

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Ayoh Wang dear,
Thanks for your concern. Yeah, we know about chocolates and dogs. See, they are such wimps compared to cats. Anyway, I'm a living proof that Magnum is good for cats. However, a word of caution to other cats: Don't try this without supervision. har har har *evil laughs*

psst... just got scolded by Mama we (Dad & I) slept without switching the TV off...

Cheqna said...

Brad, what goose, from the giant land? hehehehe...

scolded? yea..serve u right , hurray 4 ur mama! :-)))

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Cheqna dear,
Goose from the giant land? Oh yeah...the golden egg laying one. You seem to revel in the fact that my Mama scolded me. har har har *evil laughs*

Magnums are yummy! I agree :)

I like the ones with almonds!

Hmmm, must find a reason to go out - and sneakily get me one; or some!

Au and Target said...

You have a nice catly attitude, my dear. And I love the evil laugh :-)

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Aunty Pat,
We've checked. There are more flavours available here - gold, almond, caramel, dark, mint, sandwich, white, classic - than where you are. It's soooooo yummmm.... Need to thank Dad for encouraging me to develop the taste for it. har har har *evil laughs*

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Au and Target,
Remember, we are cats first, whatever nationality we are, second. That makes a better world, definitely. And if it's too much to bear, we'll just hibernate. har har har *evil laughs*

~Covert_Operations'78~ said...

I think the Socceroos need some of that too. Please save some of that ice cream for them.

Cat-in-Sydney said...

CO78,
If the Socceroos behave, I'll save some for them or else.... har har har *evil laughs*

pakmat said...

..I am sorry the socceroos lost..I thought they looked a bit out of their depth..are you sure it is not tht Tim becile thing?..I am sure its not too late yet...cheers

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Abe Mat,
Well, there were 11 of them on the field and I was certain they would have tried their best. However, looking at underdogs like NZ and Switzerland play, who knows.....
BTW, you sent the same comment 12X. What happened? Did Ayam step on the keyboard? har har har *evil laughs*

Nitin said...

angie is soo cute.. how old is she??

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Nitin dear,
I am cuter than Angelina and I don't hibernate all the time like her. Anyway, since you've asked, she is 3+++ years old. The cuter me, is only 2+++ years old. har har har *evil laughs*

Angelina is simply adorable, huggable and lovable! Thanks for sharing these great pics!

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Aunty Paula,
How can someone who'll wake up in spring with very very bad breath be adorable, huggable and lovable? har har har *evil laughs*

Al-Manar said...

Brad,
Do you really have your eyes glued on the screen watching a ball being kicked around? I do not even know there is a match on. Like most cats I prefer my bed, and I am lucky to get the breeze coming straight from the South China Sea.

Cat-in-Sydney said...

Dear Pakcik of Al-Manar,
I'm a soccer crazy cat. My eyes can follow the movements of every player. Especially when it's a team I like. Serious.

I'm sure by now you'll guess that I'm an unusual cat. I can read, write, play soccer, eat ice cream, gganuspeak... Angelina does enough sleep for both of us. South China Sea, eh? Ours from the Pacific. har har har *evil laughs*
