Measure for Measure

Earlier this year, two farm dogs attacked a tourist and the man, unfortunately, died. The case went to court and the two dogs, with another two that were elsewhere when the attack took place, were ordered to be put down. Such is the price of a man's life. Must be paid with the death of four dogs. Read some of it here.

Now, take the case of this now famous illegal pet hotel called Petknode. The two owners agreed to take care of your pets while you go back to your hometown for the long festival holidays. You paid them good money with the comforting thought that your pets will be fed and cared for. You came back and found that these beasts had not fulfilled their promise. Instead, the hundreds of cats they took in were left in small cages, not fed or given drinks, let alone given the tender loving care they deserved. Thirteen cats were found dead when the police and volunteers force-opened the premises. Read about it here. How dare that they call themselves cat lovers?

I say, these two Petknodes should be put down. Thirteen times over. Put them in small cages and starve them.  Measure for measure. Jail terms and fines won't change them. We must take pre-emptive measure so that these sickos don't harm anyone anymore. This is what most people say about those dogs in Penang anyway. I'm sick of inhumane humans. purrr....meow!
